Resiner #60

Resiner #60 is a water-soluble concrete formwork remover. Compared to oil-based ones, it produces concrete products the surface of which grows whiter and more beautiful with less foams. It is better in economical efficiency than oil-based ones.

Characteristics:

The residue of formwork after use of this product is quite less than in case of other water-soluble ones.
As the power of this remover is strong and its dilution rate is high, it is best for cost reduction.
The surface of concrete products is white and beautifully finished.
The surface of concrete products is with less air bubbles and beautifully finished.
As it is not inflammable, it can be used without fear.

Major component and property:

Major components are a special resin and surfactant.
The stock solution is oily and falls under the third petroleum group in the fourth category of hazardous materials under the Fire Defense Law. (Hazardous Materials Database Registration Certificate: No. 4052-152274, water-soluble liquids)

Applications:

Vibrating compaction concrete products and instant formwork removing concrete products in general

Way of use:

Dilution method: put Resiner #60 into water (two to three times as much as the stock solution), stir it enough to combine, then add water up to the prescribed rate and stir it well.
Dilution rate is 1 (stock solution) to 3～20 (water), but it might differ according to the shape, curing conditions, temperature, etc. Please use it depending on your conditions.
As diluted water separates, please dilute that for each day with water and use it. If you use a dilution tank, please install a simple stirring device.
